At Beetlebung we believe food should be healthy, exceedingly delicious, and fun. Farm to table? Absolutely. We start with fresh ingredients from Martha's Vineyard farms and waters. We combine these with culinary traditions and flavors from around the world so that you can pick and choose, combine, and share (if you like) fun foods, from the solidly familiar to the deliciously exotic. From Cheese Burger Sliders to Curry Lobster Sliders with Truffle Fries. Morning Glory Farm Salads with local Beach Plum vinaigrette. Local Fish Tacos. And Wok'd Drunken Noodles with farm-fresh Thai basil.
We're farm to bar, too. We craft sensational cocktails from garden fresh herbs and over a dozen fruits from raspberries to watermelon. Our hammered zinc bar with its plush bar stools is one of the longest on the Island. Our bar offers the leading call brands, as well as Organic, gluten free, and local craft spirits and beers, and a thoughtful selection of wines we love.
As the Island's leading espresso alchemist for a decade, we must warn you: our Cafe Latte is ruthlessly addictive. Beetlebung Baristas pull creamy caramel-colored shots on classic espresso machines from Florence, Italy, using freshly roasted beans from Barrington Coffee in Berkshire County. Then they steam the milk - not too hot, not too cool - smooth as velvet. It's a good thing we offer a Frequent Drinkers card.

Martha's Vineyard is home to 40 farms and Island fishermen haul in fresh fish and shellfish daily. In the kitchen, these are our raw materials - fresh, local, and unadulterated.
We combine a range of cooking traditions - North African, Asian, and European - with great local ingredients to create gourmet fun food. Our Drunken Noodles taste straight out of Asia, yet with the extra freshness of just-picked Thai basil, and if you like, a side of lightly wok-fried local Asian greens. We pair local lobster with Korean-style scallion pancakes. And our burgers are served slider-style topped with Italian truffle cheese and Morning Glory Farm greens. Whenever possible we use local, Organic, and non-GMO ingredients.

We take the farm to the bar. The mint in our Fresh Raspberry Mojito is just picked. The limes for The Trade Secret - our signature margarita with its proprietary lime foam - are freshly squeezed. And the watermelon in our Tito's vodka Phuket Punch is freshly muddled to order.
We serve the wines and beers we love: select yet affordable wines by the glass and bottle - and local, imported and, yes, even Organic draft and bottled beers.
Then there is our long curvacious zinc bar, magical Turkish lamps, eclectic music, sumptuous bar and lounge seating... well, let's just say you should plan to stay awhile.

Next, our Baristas work their magic, freshly grinding the beans per order. The result - a velvety espresso with intense coffee flavor free of bitterness. Unforgettable and addictive.
In the morning stop by for an Organic Eggwich, wild sockeye salmon and cream cheese bagel sandwich, or a fresh baked croissant. On a hot summer day, chill with a Bungaccino (our popular espresso shake), fruit and yogurt smoothie, fresh squeezed lemonade slushy, or Organic iced tea. And in the evening unwind with a mini vanilla cheesecake and a Cappuccino. Our Baristas are standing by.
